We coordinated the submission of bids from a number of housebuilders and made recommendations to the landowners to maximise revenue.

OVERVIEW:

We were initially brought in to provide high-level advice to the majority landowner on development agreements. We then brought in a neighbouring landowner to collaborate and to extend the options area.

We collated bids from selected developers and used our expertise to assess the merits and value of each, before advising our clients on the terms of each from a prepared shortlist.

With interviews concluded and the housebuilder selected we then progressed heads of terms for the hybrid and collaboration agreement.
