Cape of Good Hope Farm is located within a Nitrate Vulnerable Zone.

The property is being offered on a Full Repairing and Insuring Farm Business Tenancy in accordance with the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 for a  period of 10 years commencing on 2nd February 2023 (or earlier by negotiation).
