Gas Leaks
If you smell gas, leave the building immediately and call the National Gas Emergency Service at 0800 111 999. Once safe, contact us so we can coordinate further assistance.

Boiler Issues
If your boiler isn’t working, check the power, pressure, and reset settings. For persistent problems, contact us, and we’ll arrange for a qualified engineer.

Electrical Problems
In case of power outages or electrical issues, check if your neighbours have power - it may be a wider outage. Check your fuse box for any tripped switches (they'll be in the 'down' position), flip the tripped switch back up. Check appliances and unplug the faulty one. If problems persist, reach out to us for support.

Water Leaks
For leaking taps or pipes, place a container to catch drips. If the water supply is leaking heavily; find the stopcock, usually under the kitchen sink, turn it clockwise to shut off the water.

Oil Boiler Maintenance
Your oil boiler does not automatically refill—you are responsible for ordering oil. If the oil supply runs out, the system may stop working and will require a qualified engineer to restart. Any associated costs will be your responsibility. To avoid this, make sure to monitor levels frequently and place orders in good time.
