The first step to ensuring a successful refurbishment was to make sure everyone involved was aware of every stage of the project. We put together a comprehensive schedule of works and administrated the contract during the entire construction phase.

We managed repairs of the building structure and oversaw planned maintenance to the external fabric of the buildings. And we ensured a full internal refurbishment was carried out to the highest standards, including a new kitchen and bathrooms.

Most importantly, we issued certifications of payments and variations throughout the works to ensure the project remained within the client’s budget.
